Municipal Support
We are here to provide access to municipal information and, in emergencies, escalation of major faults or incidents which may occur. This would include water, electrical, sewage, tree collapse, or any other similar incident.
We request – and it is incumbent upon – residents to report these incidents to the Municipality via the relevant channel and obtain a fault/incident reference number, which can be supplied to the UIP to enable us to escalate, or obtain relevant information, within the Municipality.

Area Improvement
In conjunction with Municipal Parks Department, the UIP will be responsible for ensuring clean, litter free and well- maintained public parks, road verges and centre medians for the precinct. Our garden maintenance contractor, Garden Guru KZN, will assist in this maintenance. Residents are encouraged to contact our office should they wish to inform us of any issues they feel require area improvement attention.
